Lefkada also known as Lefkas, is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea on the west coast of Greece, connected to the mainland by a bridge. The principal town of the island  is Lefkada. It is situated on the northern part of the island, approximately 25 minutes by car from Aktion National Airport. 

Villa Tempestini is located on the East Coast, between Lekada at 12 Km and Nidri at 4 Km.

Preveza (Aktio) is at 45 Km.

From Nidri you can reach the islands of Skorpios, Meganisi, Ithaca, Kalamos, Kefalonia.
