Villa Tempestini is a complex of two villas, 110 square meters each on a total area of 4,000 square meters. The villas are located between Nikiana and Perigiali, just 2 km from Pasa beach. The view and the peace makes this place unique.
You can admire the beauty of Skaron mountain on your back and the sea in front. A private infinity pool for each villa and a private parking with very easy access are some of the facilities you will find. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en suite), a wide living lounge and a furnished kitchen.

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged — just ask when booking.
Is the pool private or shared?
Each villa has its own private infinity pool, exclusively for the guests staying in that villa — never shared with the other villa or outside guests.
How far is the villa from the airport?
Aktion National Airport (Preveza) is approximately 35 km away, around a 40–50 minute drive. Airport transfers can be arranged on request.
Do you offer both villas together for larger groups?
Yes — Angular Villa and Linear Villa sit side by side and can be booked together, ideal for weddings, family reunions or groups up to 12 guests.
Is Wi-Fi available at the villa?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both villas and outdoor areas — details are shared with confirmed guests before arrival.
